Por sentencia de fecha 20-02-2025 en causa Rol V-331-2023 del 4º Juzgado Civil de San Miguel se concedió la posesión efectiva de la herencia testada del causante Don JORGE EDUARDO DEL ALCÁZAR ORTÍZ fallecido el 4-12-2023 a sus herederos testamentarios LIDIA ELENA MARAMBIO CANTO, RODRIGO EDUARDO DEL ALCÁZAR SANDOVAL, GONZALO ANDRÉS DEL ALCÁZAR SANDOVAL, JORGE ALEJANDRO DEL ALCÁZAR MARAMBIO y CAROLINA SANDRA DEL ALCÁZAR SANDOVAL. Testamento de 29-11-2023 otorgado ante Notario Público de La Granja Doña PAULA GUERRERO CORTÉS.
